As Chief People Officer and Vice President, Community Engagement, Diane leads the ‘People Strategy’ for The ClearView Group. Responsible for consultant recruitment and retention, professional development planning, coaching and mentoring, Diane is focused on ensuring the organizational culture, structures and ‘people’ supports enable The ClearView team members to achieve the ClearView mission.
In her role as Vice President, Community Engagement, Diane supports The ClearView Group team in delivering on our commitment to sharing our success with the community. Through the Community Giving program, The ClearView Group partnership with community-based organizations, has provided both rewarding volunteer opportunities for our consultants and over $250K in community donations in the last 10 years.
As a Senior Consultant, Diane works in partnership with healthcare leaders to realize strategic goals in the areas of clinical business transformation, redesign and organizational change management.
