As a managing partner, Vice President -Operations and CFO for The ClearView Group, Blair brings his expertise in strategic portfolio and program management in eHealth, community, and acute care clinical and financial systems to the ClearView team. He has significant experience in all stages of the systems delivery process – from strategic planning and contract negotiations, to application development and large scale implementations.
Blair has managed many multi-million dollar projects with large clinical and technical teams, including the implementation of PARIS (a clinical and administrative system) into 65+ community service locations of the Vancouver Coastal Health Authority. Integral to this initiative was the redesign of each program’s clinical documentation and the establishment of a shared clinical record, common business practices, workflows, and data sets across multiple program areas: Mental Health, Home Care, Communicable Disease Control, Addiction Services, Primary Care, and Public Health. The system supports a user base of 4000 staff and concurrency of over 700 users.
