With our expertise in program leadership, project management, analysis, and change management, we supported the implementation of PARIS across Public Health, Community Care, and Mental Health at community health centers. This established a unified clinical record, standardized referral and registration processes, and consistent clinical care practices, supporting a person-centric approach to community health.
We supported the implementation of PARIS across all of Vancouver Coastal Health's Community Care Services to establish a shared clinical record, common referral and registration processes.
